Het 'Plastic Steel' (plastisch staal) van Unique Polymer Systems is een hoogpresterende, snel uithardende, synthetische samenstelling voor het herstellen van metaal, die speciaal werd ontwikkeld voor herstellingen ter plaatse van metaalcomponenten zoals gietstukken, versleten draden, mallen en gietvormen.
Het plastisch staal van Unique Polymer Systems is gebaseerd op een uniek epoxyharssysteem gecombineerd met een anorgano-zwavel / amine-mengsel waar dan speciaal gekozen pigmenten en vulmaterialen aan toe worden gevoegd die ervoor zorgen dat de basis en de activerende componenten in nauw contact komen met elkaar.
De reactie doet zich enkel voor wanneer de twee componenten met de hand worden gemengd en het resultaat is een herstellingsmateriaal met een grote fysieke en mechanische sterkte.

As long as normal good practice is observed Unique Polymer Systems ‘Plastic Steel’ can be safely used. Keep skin contact to a minimum. Use barrier cream or disposable gloves. Wash off areas of contact with soap and water. A fully detailed Material Safety Data Sheet is either included with the material or is available on request.
